Answer: Yes: for mobile notary services, Harvey Alternatives will charge Travel Fees and Convenience fees in addition to regulated normal fees. For Witness Signatures; the fees will be separate from regular notary fees.

Non-Lawyer Legal Document Preparation services on an administrative level for pro se litigants who wants to act as their own paralegal/attorney. Harvey Alternatives, LLC offers assistance and guidance with forms preparation in terms of filling in the blanks. No legal advice or courtroom representation will be given to clients. Harvey Alternatives, LLC main areas of specialization are Chapter 7 Bankruptcy processing and Business Formations paperwork(General Partnership Agreements, LLC's.and DBA filings) Also, Harvey Alternatives, LLC will not provide substantive legal such as: drafting documents. legal writing, legal research, billable hours as those services have to be supervised by attorneys.
